I’ve spent more than 35 years guiding women, leaders, and change-makers through life’s sacred turning points—career reinventions, identity shifts, grief, burnout, menopause, and spiritual awakenings.

With more than three decades in the field, I’ve stood with thousands of women and leaders navigating reinvention, purpose discovery, and deep transition. My background spans transformational coaching, Human Design integration, energy medicine, and intuitive insight, making this work both soulful and strategically sound.

What I’ve learned is this: strategies alone aren’t enough.

What we need most is clarity that resonates.

Energy that supports us.

Support that meets us where we are.
