For over three decades, I've been dedicated to supporting women at every stage of life, spanning from their 20s to their 70s. However, the majority of women I work with are in their late 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s—this is my specialty, my niche, and my area of continuing ongoing study and passion. Midlife Women. This journey has not only allowed me to guide others through their life transitions but has also provided me with invaluable experience in navigating my own midlife journey. Working closely with hundreds of women, I've witnessed the unique challenges and opportunities that each decade brings, and I'm honored to continue empowering women as they navigate their own path.

My journey into the realms of positive psychology, quantum healing, spirituality, hypnotherapy, metaphysics, women's well-being, adult human development began in high school when I first discovered the captivating world of psychology. Since then, I've delved deep into advanced graduate studies in transpersonal psychology, integral coaching, and generative coaching.

As a board-certified Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Metaphysician specializing in Transformational Empowerment Coaching and Metaphysical Holistic Reset, Renewal, and Restoration, my mission is to guide women towards living more creative, playful, healthier, and happier lives.

In my practice, I believe in fostering a partnership with my clients, prioritizing inner knowing, resourcefulness, and self-reliance. I serve as a facilitator, coach, mentor, and muse, creating a safe space for self-discovery and growth. My methodology is informed by the latest research in the field, ensuring that I stay abreast of all new developments to better serve my clients.
