Align Momentum Now: Creating a Conscious Life Through Unplugging
This Blog is not my usual message. But it is aligned with the increased momentum I am building in my life. I was inspired (or rather, alarmed) a few months ago by a message I heard on a Podcast about the growing number of Recalls on food and consumer products in the USA. I am nearly 100 percent plastic free with cleaning, bath and body products, but still have plenty of room for improvement in reducing my landfill waste. Today marks a powerful turning point and a call to reclaim control over our lives by unplugging from systems that keep us dependent and are not eco-friendly and harmful to the environment, inside and out. Our world is dominated by forces that profit off our inattention and habitual consumption, and it's time to exercise your free will and break that cycle. Unplug to Reclaim Your Free Will. Right now, the very systems we rely on—be it in the food industry, finance, or everyday consumer goods—are failing us.

This Blog was inspired by an alarming message I heard on a Podcast about the growing number of Recalls on food and consumer products in the USA. I am nearly 100 percent plastic free with cleaning, bath and body products, but still have plenty of room for improvement in reducing my landfill waste. Today marks a powerful turning point—a call to reclaim control over our lives by unplugging from systems that keep us dependent and are not eco-friendly and harmful to the environment, inside and out. Our world is dominated by forces that profit off our inattention and habitual consumption, and it's time to exercise your free will and break that cycle.
Unplug to Reclaim Your Free Will
Right now, the very systems we rely on—be it in the food industry, finance, or everyday consumer goods—are failing us. Every day, recall lists are published that reveal shocking truths about what’s in our food and products. From hot sauce and liquid eggs to ground beef laced with foreign materials, these recalls aren’t just anomalies; they are clear signals that our current system sacrifices quality for profit. When you choose to unplug, you're taking a stand and using your free will to decide what truly nourishes your body and mind.
Conscious Choices: The Power Is in Your Hands
Every product you buy is a vote for the world you want to live in. Ask yourself: Is this product safe? Does the company behind it prioritize transparency and quality over profit?
● Review the Recall Lists: Check the daily recall updates. Let these lists guide your purchasing decisions and serve as a wake-up call about the quality of products you encounter.
● Question Every Purchase: Whether it’s non-toxic toothpaste, eco-friendly packaging, or organic food, your choices matter. You’re not just a consumer—you’re an empowered creator shaping a better future.
Rewiring the System
Our current program is designed to keep us plugged in and controlled. Whether it’s the credit systems trapping us in endless debt or the declining quality in our food supply, the message is clear: if we continue to participate, nothing will change.
● Financial Awareness: Understand that even a high credit score or years of profitability can’t protect you when the system is rigged against genuine progress.
● Holistic Living: Every conscious choice—from the products you buy to the media you consume—can shift the balance towards a healthier, more sustainable community.
Our Call to Action: Unplug and Engage The Change
This is more than just a personal decision—it’s a collective movement towards a conscious life. Unplug, review those daily recall lists, and use your free will to make informed decisions that reflect your values.
● Join the Movement: Connect with like-minded individuals and collaborative partners who are building ethical networks.
● Be the Change: Your actions, however small, can lead to massive shifts in how our communities and industries operate.
For additional ideas and sustainable product recommendations, please refer to the comprehensive resource list below. Start simply—choose one area to focus on. It could be as straightforward as sourcing local food or gradually eliminating plastic containers for cleaning supplies. Every small change is a vote for a healthier planet and a brighter future.
