Interbeing in the Wild of Nature

— A Meadow Sanctuary Retreat

Reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world—and your own soul—through this immersive one-day retreat. Held in the sacred beauty of Carver Park, Interbeing in the Wild of Nature offers a restorative blend of forest bathing, elemental sensing, reflective writing, and soul-centered stillness.

“You cannot be by yourself alone.
You must inter-be with every other thing.”

Thích Nhất Hạnh

Interbeing Day Retreat

Fall Saturday September 27, 2025: 10:00am–3:00pm
Beautiful and Expansive Carver Park Reserve,
7400 Grimm Rd,
Victoria, MN 55387

“Interbeing is the living truth that we are not separate.
We are threads in the vast web of life—rooted, connected, and belonging.
It is the breath between all things —
The pulse of Earth in your chest, the hush of wind through the trees,
The way the forest reminds you: You are part of this, not apart from it.”

Nina Roberts Salveson

Guided by Silvae Spiritus

At the heart of this retreat is the presence of Silvae Spiritus—Latin for the breath of the forest.
It is the soul of the woods. The subtle spirit that lives in moss, wind, and golden light.
It whispers when we get quiet enough to listen.

This is not just time in nature—it is a return to your own aliveness.
