My superpower is working with women in midlife. Women who are seekers. Women who know deep down that they are fearless and powerful, but who struggle to connect to that part of themselves.

Whether you are over 40, 50 or 60, we both know you've BEEN THROUGH IT. So have I. Maybe you’ve had a recent job loss, experienced the death of a loved one, your relationships feel stale, you’re struggling with caring for an aging parent, your body is changing in ways that fill you with dread, or feel anxious about the future.

Maybe you’ve outgrown your younger self but feel uncertain of who you’re becoming.

We are all born creative, intuitive and magical. But as we hit our forties, we get bogged down with day to day responsibilities. We’re on autopilot, separated from our wants, out of touch and unsure of our needs.

The aging woman we see in the mirror can feel like a stranger.

I know all too well looking in the mirror and feeling that disconnect between my appearance and how I feel.

But, I also know that as much as our faces and bodies change, as much as our circumstances shift, that internal core of ourselves, connected to joy and possibility, is constant.
